Check Availability ‐ When an item is sold out or in very low inventory, this will replace the Add to Basket button. It prompts the gallery contact you directly with information regarding that item. We will let you know if we can locate that item for you and its pricing if we have to go to the secondary market to attain it for you.

Making An Order

Once you are ready to order, click on the Add to Basket or Check Availability tab associated with the Fine Art you are looking to buy. If the item is available it will be placed in your cart and you will be taken there to complete your order. You will also have the option of continuing to shop.

We feature only a few simple steps in your shopping cart:

  1. Review the information and decide if you would like to continue shopping for another gift or Checkout.
  2. Returning Customers simply need to sign‐in to retrieve their Shipping and Billing information.
  3. First time customers will be prompted to fill this in.
  4. Enter billing information and click "Continue".
  5. Select Shipping Method And Billing type and click "Continue"
  6. Fill in your payment information (if necessary) and click "Continue"
  7. Your order has been completed and you will receive a confirmation number verifying your order.

Returns

All Greenwich Workshop Fine Art is covered by The Greenwich Workshop 100% Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Any Fine Art item should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please do not send any returns until after contacting us about your issue and we have acknowledged your intent to return your item. sent to our product return mailing address.
